Can you invest 90 minutes a week in a supportive community to reduce discord, recognize and release roadblocks, be more prepared to focus on what is most important and get into action?

Each weekly session includes 1:1 coaching for one participant | Roundtable limited to 12 participants

What is Harmonic Leadership?

Harmonic Leadership is the outcome you achieve when you consciously align feminine and masculine qualities, work from clarity and show up as your true, most powerful self.

Lori’s harmonic leadership framework helps you identify what may be holding you back from being a more effective leader, the limitations of your own personal glass ceiling and how to work from a place of values alignment and integrity.

This roundtable ALSO includes a complimentary Core Values Assessment ($49 value) and debrief. Each session will provide, content that will help you better understand your challenges and provide you with success strategies to find more harmony and less discord at work. You will share and gain insight from others like you. Additionally each session will have a 30 minute coaching session. While attending sessions live will provide the most value, they will also be recorded.

This intimate group coaching will meet virtually weekly on Thursday from 12-1:30pm AZ/MST (UTC-8:00) time for 13 weeks (Zoom is the virtual platform). Full schedule will be shared upon registration/payment.

In person attendance is preferred, but sessions will be recorded.
